Payment Policy

Currency

All prices and transactions are displayed and processed in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise.

Accepted Payment Methods

Depending on the options enabled and displayed during checkout, we may accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The payment methods actually displayed at checkout are the methods currently available for your order and device.

Payment Authorization

By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and any clearly disclosed charges.

A temporary authorization or pending charge may appear before the transaction is completed. Orders are subject to payment authorization, fraud screening and acceptance.

Payment Security

Payments are processed by Shopify and/or independent payment providers. Elvara Veylora generally does not directly store complete payment-card numbers. Payment information is handled according to the applicable provider’s security and privacy practices.

Declined or Failed Payments

If payment is declined, verify the billing information and contact your bank or payment provider. We cannot override a payment provider’s authorization decision. An order is not confirmed for fulfillment until payment is successfully authorized.

Taxes

Applicable sales taxes are calculated based on the order and shipping destination and are displayed during checkout when required.

Pricing or Billing Errors

If a material pricing, description or billing error is discovered before fulfillment, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and issue a refund. We will not substitute a higher price without your authorization.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refund timing is governed by our Return and Refund Policy and may also depend on the payment provider.
